    • 2-4 goals on the end line of the field about 25-40 ft. apart

    • Place 3 disc cones in a zig-zag shape out from the line on each side

    • Place 2 different colored cones at the end of zig-zag cones as a gate, about 25 feet from the goal and team line.

    • 1 ball per group

    • Disc cones

    • 2 goals

  • To practice dribbling around the cones without touching them and score a shot.

    1. Players split into 2 equal teams and line up with their team between and behind the two goals.

    2. Players at the front of each line dribble in and out of cones until they arrive at the end cone, dribble around the cone on their team’s side, then shoot at the goal.

    3. The player collects the ball and begins the drill.

    4. Make this a relay race and the team that scores the first 5 goals wins!

    • Create more fields so that players are not waiting for too long

    • Add a cone in the goal to simulate goalie

    • Have teams switch sides halfway through

    • Position the standing foot towards the back corner of the goal
