Everyone has 20 seconds do to the handshake with as many people as they can.

Handshake 1: Shuffle
Handshake 2: Milking the Cow handshake
Handshake 3: Wind Up Toy
Handshake 4: Popcorn
Handshake 5: Player makes one up

Have kids make up each handshake for the group.
Have kids make up handshakes with multiple numbers of people.

Note that not everyone likes to be touched so we can do handshakes almost touching.
Make sure kids are not bumping each other too hard on Shuffle Handshake.
