Passing balls through cones

Partners take 2 disc cones and create a gate about 3 ft. apart
Each partner stands at one side of the gate

1 Ball for Each Pair
Disc cones

Pass through the gate without touching the cones

Pair passes the ball through their gate, trying not to let the ball touch the cones.
Players begin 12-15 feet apart depending on ability level and understanding of the exercise.

Increase/decrease gate size or distance of pass
1 touch passing if applicable - use of both feet.
Add a defender (coach) to apply some pressure.

Use a soft first touch - cushion the ball, don't stop it.

1. Raise your hand if you learned 1 person's name...., 2 people’s names, 3 people’s names..
2. Who can go around the circle and name at least 4 people?
3. If we don't know someone's name, how can we respectfully ask them?
