Players attempt to shield their ball as they knock their teammate’s balls.

    • A large square playing field marked by boundaries

    • Balls

    • Disc cones

  • To shield your ball as you knock out other players’ balls.

    1. Players dribble around the space and try to steal other people’s balls

    2. If a player's ball gets knocked out retrieve their ball and do 5 sweet spot taps to get back in the game.

    • Do 5 Juggles instead of sweet spots

    • Focus on Small Touches to shield the ball to keep it safe

    • Use your foot to poke the ball out of the back or side of the player's feet

*Have Captains do a role play for the group (Someone steals the other’s ball and shows support)

-encourage them to try the same move
