Players practice specific skills at 4 alternating stations.

Divide the playing area into 4 equal stations with cones
Put one Captain/Leader in Each station

To practice foot skills/aerial skills.

The playing area is divided into 4 equal size sections by cones, each section is a station.
Station 1: Juggle with your feet.
Station 2: Practice Cushion Touch
Station 3: Practice Sweet Spot Taps
Station 4: juggle with your thighs.
*A captain is at each station to help keep students on track
2. After 3-4 minutes: Coach blows the whistle- Team moves clockwise to the next station.

Use music as the cue- when music stops have players rotate
Have Captains show an example in each Square before starting

Juggling-start by using your hands to catch the ball between each touch, then gradually try to just use your feet to kick the ball 2 times in a row
Reflection: Self-Awareness
1. Think about which station did you feel was your strongest? Which station do you need to practice more?
2. Raise your hand if your strongest station was Sweet Spot Pass, Cushion touch, Juggle, Juggle with your thighs. Look around and see who can help you with a skill you need more practice on.
