-
The goal of the game is to score the most points by landing the bean bag in the target area.
-
Set down one hula hoop on the ground and put a circle spot with construction paper taped on it or a book with construction paper on it to create a bull’s eye.
2. Players line up behind a cone about 10-15 ft. away from the hula hoop.
3. Players toss a bean bag to the bull’s eye from behind the cone.
4. Each player gets one shot, and then goes to the back of the line. Players retrieve their own shot. Encourage players to keep the line moving quickly.
5. Scoring:
1 pt: Lands in the hula hoop
2 pt: Lands on the colored spot or book
3 pt: Lands on the construction paper
-
Have students play across from each other like in the video so there is less wait time
Have students land on an exact score (like 12). If they go above, they start back at zero
-
Have a player observe the thrower's foot to make sure they don't cross the line
Have a player be the point counter
