Over Under
Teamwork game that can be done in a small space.
-
Create even groups of 5 or more
-
One ball per group
-
The goal of the game is for your team to reach the finish line first by passing the ball over and under teammates.
-
1. Divide the group into two teams.
2. Have players line up behind each other in groups of 8-10, spreading out one arm’s length distance apart.
3. Demonstrate how to pass the ball over someone’s head and under someone’s legs, alternating with each person.
4. The ball starts at the front, and on “GO”, they pass the ball backwards, rotating over and under each teammate.
5. When the last person in line gets the ball, they run to the front of the line and start passing the ball back again.
6. The game continues until the player who started the race is back at the front OR the team reaches a designated end line.
